Payments for Riassobsid House services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on riassobsid.cfd.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from desk@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on France norms.
• This payment page on this site is maintained by Riassobsid House; email desk@this site if a step looks outdated for Bordeaux.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact desk@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Bordeaux unless otherwise stated.

Returning visitors can skip the full embroidery intake when notes are on file while Tue–Sat 10:00–18:00 remains the reliable window for replies. Established 2016, still owner-run Desk near 27 Rue Sainte-Catherine.

Optional embroidery upgrades are listed separately before you commit and returning-client notes stay attached to your ticket. Ticket codes stay local to this Bordeaux bench.
